With AllReports you can file your Arizona unemployment reports via paper or magnetic media. If you file reports on magnetic media no paper filing is required. The most preferred magnetic media is 3.5" diskettes. Using this magnetic media will significantly reduce processing cost for the employer and the DES Tax Section. Magnetic media is mandantory for employers that have 25 or more employees during the quarter. All magnetic media must have an external label with the employer's name, account number and the specified year and quarter of the employee wages being reported. If you wish to report by magnetic media you must complete Appendix B located on the last page of document PAU-430.
