For $225 you will be able to create the file needed to file your W2's electronically for unlimited company data files. AllReports is network ready. You only need to purchase one copy of AllReports that can be loaded on all of your computers in the office. AllReports builds EFW2 (formally MMREF) W2 data file for Social Security and prints W2's on perforated paper using all W2 formats. Blank perforated paper can be purchased from ZBP Forms.

AllReports takes QuickBooks or Peachtree data and creates the file needed for electronic filing of W2's. AllReports will work with QuickBooks versions 2005 through 2008 and Peachtree versions 6.0 to 2008. By filing electronically you eliminate the need to send Copy A to Social Security. This saves both time and money. No longer will your clients forget to sign and mail Copy A. You can file it for them and give them a confirmation letter from Social Security that W2's were received.

Currently AllReports creates the state file for Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington DC, West Virginia and Wisconsin. If your state is currently unavailable contact sales at 1-888-766-2818 or via e-mail at sales@granitesoftware.com.
